How much does the Access Diversion Program cost?

The cost of the Program is based on the conditions the participant is required to complete. Each requirement has a separate cost. As an example, if a participant is ordered to complete a class within 2 months, the cost to the participant would be 2-months of monitoring, plus the class fee. Please see the "Our Prices" link at the top of this page for a complete price list.

What happens after I submit a referral?

Once the referral has been accepted, you will receive an email confirmation and within 1-business day, a notice will be generated to the participant which explains the program and the requirements you have ordered the participant to complete. The participant has 30 days from the date of the notice to contact our office, enroll in the program and begin completing the ordered conditions.

Upon enrollment, our team of case managers will assist the participant in scheduling classes, community services, etc. Participants will receive reminder calls, notices, emails, and texts as part of our case management services. Once a participant completes a requirement, a CorrectiveSolutions case manager will verify completion and notate the case accordingly. Digital copies of all communication and case notes are available real-time through CorrectiveSolutions SnapView app.

What happens if the participant does not contact CorrectiveSolutions within 30 days?

If the participant does not contact our office within 30 days of the date of the first notice, the participant will be reported to you as failing the program.

How do I obtain status of the participant’s progress?

You can obtain real-time status updates on participant progress by logging into CorrectiveSolutions’ SnapView site or app. You can log in using your email address and the password you created for this site.

Can I make a referral for an individual that does not have a permanent mailing address or telephone number?

CorrectiveSolutions requires the participant’s address and phone number for all referrals. This information is necessary for our case managers to contact the participant and provide support for scheduling classes, verifying community service, etc.

What type of test is used for drug testing?

All drug tests are administered as observed urine collections. Tests are observed by staff that are the same gender as the participant. The drug test screens for the following substances: Amphetamines, Barbiturates, Benzodiazepine, Cocaine, Creatinine, Methadone, Opiates, Oxycodone, and THC.

If a participant fails the program, can I refer them a second time?

Yes. You can refer a participant a second time, however, each referral is a new case including all fees. There is not credit for conditions or fees completed for any previous referrals.

I don’t see the cases that I referred. Where did they go?

You can obtain real-time status updates on participant progress by logging into CorrectiveSolutions’ SnapView site or app. You can log in using your email address and the password you created for this site.

How does the person know the day a random drug test is required and where to have it collected

Participants ordered to complete random drug testing are required to call the drug test hotline daily between the hours of 6am – 10am. If they are required to test that day, they will receive a voice message indicating they must report to their assigned test location before the close of business. Their test location including the hours of operation are provided on their program notice.
